In the spring of 2002, Bishop Christopher E. Finch founded Hope for All Bible College and Seminary (HBC). Bishop Finch endeavors to see men and women thoroughly educated in the Word of God. The lustrous faculty is headed by the Dean Pastor Josephine Joseph who has been an instrumental part of this Vision, Mission, & Ministry.
